Mohammed (Moe to his family and friends) is an F&B individual born and bred. Since the early age of nine, he spent most of his spare time in his grandfather’s hotel and restaurants. Whether exploring the kitchens, looking for something interesting to eat, or helping the staff prepare for service, he loved it all. When he wasn’t spending his holidays in restaurants, he travelled with his grandfather around Europe and the Middle East. While other family members visited historical sites and tourist attractions, Mohammed would accompany his grandfather to the local markets where he gained valuable insight into the unique produce and culinary specialties of each region. After graduating from high school, he pursued his Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management in Oxford, UK and began with his "real life" work experience. This included over 20 years of working in several prestigious 5 star hotels and high-end restaurants in the UK, Jordan and now Kuwait. Mohammed has managed to climb the ladder "old school" as he likes to call it; gaining experience in all aspects of F&B operations - from stewarding to kitchen and service; in small specialized functions to banquets and catering. Mohammed got a taste of it all! Ultimately his aim was always to create and run a company that specialized in restaurant management of the highest caliber. Needless to say - dreams can come true.

Driven by goals and results, Ezz is a people motivator who is always up for a new challenge. Before his hospitality career, Ezz completed his military training, which gave him his organizational skills and adaptability - along with a zest for life and limitless energy - definitely both a pre-requisite in the hospitality industry.
